Caseaus

This is the amazing three cheese grilled cheese with bacon cubes on brioche bread. It is served with a bed of mixed greens with a white wine vinaigrette, cornichon pickles, and whole seed mustard. A wonderful and filling lunch or dinner! The scrumptious food is located at my favorite restaurant (ever!) Caseus in New Haven. From the outside this place looks like nothing more than a cheese-ry, however, inside it is filled to the brim with foodsy people and over-the-top waiters who explain food and wines as if they’re eating right then and there.
